Thursday, Jan 22nd
3:00 pm Building is open
3:00 - 8:00pm Building and parking lot set up, sponsor’s displays set up
5:00 - 8:00pm Onsite entrant registration
8:00pm Building is closed and locked


Friday, Jan 23rd
6:30 am Building is open to event staff and sponsors
7:00 am Building is open to all
7:00 - 8:00 am Entrant registration and trail selection
8:00 - 8:30 am Trail lineups staging
8:30 - 8:45 am Driver meetings conducted by trail leaders in stage area
8:45 am First trail leaves
10:15 am Last trail leaves and building is closed and locked
3:00 - 8:00 pm Building open. Sponsors display and BYO dinner tables
8:00pm Building closed and locked


Saturday, Jan 24th
6:30 am Building is open to event staff and sponsors
7:00 am Building is open to all
7:00 - 8:00 am Late entrant registration and trail selection
8:00 - 8:30 am Trail lineups staged
8:30 - 8:45 am Driver meetings conducted by trail leaders in staging area
8:45 am First trail leaves
10:15 am Last trail leaves and building is closed and locked
3:00 pm Building open for sponsors display
3:00 - 6:00 pm Sponsor display
6:00 - 7:00 pm Dinner served
7:15 pm Raffle ticket sales closed
7:30 - 9:00 pm Raffle
9:15 - 9:30 pm Closing Ceremonies
9:30 - 10:00 pm Teardown
10:00 pm Building Closed and Locked

this was made for the sponsors but it will give you a idea

We plan on tent camping at the fairgrounds and may arrive after 8:00 on Thursday night, will that be alright even though the building and registration is closed (would preregister online)?

that would be alright
all camping is available at the east end of the parking lot away from the building

I'm not sure if I can make it. I won't know until the day before the event can I just sign up when I get there I end up making it down thank

Tips n' Tricks - If you register online, which closes Wednesday (1/21/15), and can make it into the fairgrounds to pick up your packet on Thursday evening between 5 and 8 pm, you can go straight to the trails selection table on Friday morning to pick your first trail. There are plenty of trails available in each difficulty, but if you have a group that is dying to run Milt's Mile, The Maze, or Dutchman Draw, these trails typically fill up quickly on Friday morning.;)
