that is awesome. i love the look of the sloped hood. i'm sure it will definitely increase aerodynamics too since this will be seeing so much highway time. lol that fab is top notch!

E-Bay full hydro kit, included; single-ended Implement ram, load-reactive orbital valve, orbital mount, massive bolts for ram mounts and fittings for the ram & orbital. It cost a bit more than buying separate, but was worth it to reduce the hassle of chasing down parts. The cost was pretty easy to handle, double-ended ram would have been uber-cool, but at 3x the cost I'll stick with tractor parts.

I ordered a stock replacement MAF (Delco brand, IIRC) from RockAuto.com. They were the cheapest for a name-brand part. I haven't figured out the intake, figured I'd let the guys @ BHR make that one happen.

April 7 Update...

#1 - brushed aluminum cluster with Greg's choice of white-faced "hot rod"
style AutoMeter gauges (the tachometer did not come in the kit ordered, so it's on the way seperately).
#2 - Corbeau Baja series suspension seats installed and tied into the cage.
#3 - Rear x-member and frame ends cut and a custom bumper soon to follow...

Hey, that looks sweet! I love the gauges, thanks for getting the Tach on it's way. Roll cage looks good too, I'm excited to see how the new rear x-member & bumper turn out.

Do you have any pics or words to describe what you did to get the new fuel pump in the TJ sending unit can thing? I'm putting a '03 5.3L/4L60E/Klune/Stak 300 in my 88 MJ and plan to use a stock TJ tank and fuel pump assembly. Did you leave the TJ fuel pressure regulator in the circuit? It looks like you did, but you may have gutted the regulator and kept the fittings. More inf. would be appreciated. Oh yeah, do you have part numbers for the fuel fittings you used? I may copy what you did exactly. Also, what diameter hose did you use? Thanks, Jeff

No pics, it was one of those things I didn't document. I got rid of the regulator, used a piece of high-pressure rubber fuel line and some quality hose clamps to connect the E2000 pump and the TJ pickup.
The fuel line size is -6 as were all the fittings. The fuel rail fittings were 2 different sizes, 3/8" to -6 AN and 5/16" to -6 AN. Here's link for them-

I also used a 3/8" fitting coming out of the stock sending unit, which was a nice touch to tie into the braided steel hose.
I'm so glad you posted those fittings. I was going to research that today. BTW, I've heard mixed reviews about the E2000. Wish you would get yours running so I'd know for sure. :greg:

I should have posted them before, just forgot to.
Tons of people have ran the E2000, which is probably why there's some mixed reviews out there. If that E2000 doesn't work, I'll find something else, no biggie.
