Spotter ride, I get that, but what is the prefered method for just being on the course? DOT or will just any ol' skateboard helmet do? You'd think I'd remember that after covering many events for several years...

Craig, I read that spotters need DOT when riding shotgun, but what about the rest of the times? What is the standard method of brain protection?:confused: Nick

Does the law say that 50% of the front tire must be covered by the bumper? It's says something to the effect of axle/tire width turn ratio, but I only want to know in layman's (sp) terms.
