I have always used the cheap harbor freight fog lights for rock lights. I had bought a bunch years ago at $7 a pair (with wiring). I think they are on sale sometimes now for 10 or 12 bucks. I never found a reason to have expensive lights underneath, because even an $80 light will break if...

I'd try ditching the blocks and throwing in a zero rate. It will give 1" of lift, but you can shift the axle 1" or 1.5" either direction. I had "legal" issues on my Dodge, but all I did was throw small ass tires on it and got things straightened out, then put the 38's back on.
