    OSRC 2015

Bad luck took us out on our first course this year which was a bummer, but still had a good time. Will plan on competing again next year(or later this year?) if I haven't parted it out for my new build :) Thanks again to all who make this event possible, and congrats to the winners!

Northern Utah Mini-QTD, Sept 26th & 28th, American Fork Canyon

I'm curious what type of welding are we talking about. Two batteries in series with some rod and jumper cables as leads? Or we talking about portable welders like a ready welder? I'm really hoping to make it for this training but it's not looking good :(

I have batteries that could be used. Not sure i can make it up there by the 6:30 start time though. I live in lehi near the 2100 freeway exit(right before cabelas exit when heading north) if you wanted to pick them up. Or we could work something else out. Shoot me a PM if interested.

    GMC / Chevy Grandpas Truck

Im a little behind on this update but I grabbed some new power lock switches at the junkyard, unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. My parents then told me its had that issue since they got it so I suspect a broken wire somewhere. Got the door buttoned up, and replaced some interior...

    Thanks to the OSRC crew!

The loop on top was so you could anchor it to a second one behind it. Said it was helpful in sand and other loose terrain situations

Hopefully someone has something better, but in the meantime here is a poor picture of the entire list, and a decent picture of the stock and JK class.

    GMC / Chevy Grandpas Truck

It doesn't look like much but these photos sum up two days worth of work. I managed to track down some gold left and right fenders with the inner liners. Its a darker gold so not a direct match but its straight and cheap so ill take it. The process of installing it was pretty intensive as I...

    GMC / Chevy Grandpas Truck

I had to get going to work and only had time for one last pull. the problem I was running into was either the truck would slide, or the jeep would slide from the force of the pulls. I chocked the wheels with everything I had, and even chained the other side of the truck to a heavy press I had...

    GMC / Chevy Grandpas Truck

Got the old door removed(royal pain since its power windows and locks), and the new shell put in place with my wifes assistance last night. Closed it and.....bummer theres still a massive gap. So I went to bed. This morning I determined the front fender needed to be removed to straighten...
