I need help. I swapped the 4.0, tranny and transfercase from one TJ in another (4 cyl) a while back. It starts and runs fine, but I have some electrical issues. Symptoms: Honk horn = windshield wipers, no horn Head lights on = windshield wipers and lights (drivers side dim)...

the auto show last weekend at the South Town center had a small group of jeeps, I believe from Mepco. There was an orange TJ buggy, does anybody know this rig??? I want to know were the hood and grill came from.

When I mocked everything up in my TJ, it looked to me like I needed to turn my waggy knuckles. The pinion was almost pointing a lot lower than the 30 did.

So how did it go??

I'm pretty sure that after market control arms for a 3" lift are the same length as stock arms. They were that way with my TJ I think.

I say cut the thing up. If the owner's not interested in hauling anyone around or going on longer trail rides during the colder times of the year. CUT IT. Another thing Jeremy, I'm thinking of putting leaf springs on the front of the TJ. I'm pretty sure I'd have to move the steering...
