    (Aluminum Welding) Fuel Cell Repair

Ended up getting it welded at a place called: Fastlane Machine in Orem. Awesome work and good people. He told me the original weld did not penetrate much at all. He said it kept opening up as he went down the bead, so he had to put a bead from top to bottom. I would recommend this guy if...

    (Aluminum Welding) Fuel Cell Repair

Thanks guys!! I have a line on a machine shop in Orem that has welded a few up. Hopefully they can do it. I also thought about just purchasing a new one in hopes things have gotten better, so if this doesn't work, I will probably just redesign my cargo area and purchase a better cell.

    (Aluminum Welding) Fuel Cell Repair

I modified my tank with a low mounted pickup along with dual pickups inside the tank, so I don't think they will do anything for me. Also, it is so tight in the mount, that I can't have anything on the outside that would make it wider or longer or I would be doing allot more fab work to change...

    (Aluminum Welding) Fuel Cell Repair

Well, looks like the RCI fuel cell bug got me a few weekends ago when I split the seam on my fuel cell after driving 7 hours to get to a bucket list wheeling location. (Montrose Colorado) So, after spending 11 hours driving for the weekend, I was only able to wheel about 100 yards up the first...

    Kids Buggy

$3500. I have a kids buggy that I picked up and was going to finish, but I just don't have the time, so I'm putting it out there to see if anyone is interested in this awesome kids crawler. It doesn't have a drive train in it, but was built with a GSXR motor which turned out to be to high...

Sorry, I was guiding your group through, I just wasn't sure of the club name. It was cancelled due to probable snow on top.

    Hanging Tree

Sorry, I was guiding a group out of Ogden this Saturday and thought you may have been part of it, but it was cancelled due to the big possibility of having snow on top. That was the reason for this thread, I was curious if anyone had been up the trail this year or not. Thanks!

    Winter 4x4 Jamboree 1/19-1/21

I really appreciate that!! All the flexing the garage and running up and down snow covered roads can only tell you a few things. It's not until you get out and really run through the paces, do you know if you built it right. Thanks again!!

    Winter 4x4 Jamboree 1/19-1/21

Thanks!!! This will be the first real test for it. Out running down the snow covered roads is fun, but I really want to see what it can do on the rocks.

    Hardline90's CJ7 RE-visited

I got mine from Brian at BD Turnkey and from the information he has put out, Chevy only made them for a few years, so not very common. They came in the higher end GM and GMC trucks from 2005 to 2007 and only 10 to 15% of those. The L33 version has the all aluminum block which is 80 lbs lighter...

    Hardline90's CJ7 RE-visited

I think this motor will be plenty of power. The L33 Is rated at 350 hp stock and it sure seems like it runs pretty healthy. I think I'm really going to l like it.

TJ - Tons, 6.0L, Atlas, Treps, Coilovers, etc.

I'll come down next weekend, I need to try this thing out. Just keep the Jeep and buy an RV. Best of both worlds and you have something to stay in when you go wheeling. :)
