Is it possible the catalyst just isn’t catalyzing well enough? I’ve heard many people having issues with aftermarket cats just simply not having enough precious metals, causing check engine lights.

Trust me, I've thought about selling it or setting it on fire a few times.

At this point (and I hate to say it) I see it as a fun-ish challenge and I just want to figure it out. That said, if I don't pass this next go around I'm going to try and register it out of county/out of state, but from what I've read they're cracking down on this.

@The_Lobbster, maybe... I guess I haven't even thought about that/these types of things. My assumption is that the parts I've replaced arent the cheapest crap and should work, maybe that's a bad assumption.

Trimmed the winch power cables down and recrimped finally. Someday I'll replace the battery terminals.
