I know this goes against what you are saying But last year in OCT I drove around town for 4 days and never was pulled over. I was probably just lucky, But driving slow and respectively helps you blend in.

I'm sure they are pretty easy going down there year round, plus it just depends on how well you dodge the cops, I drove my WJ for 8 months with expired tags, only got pulled over twice and got warnings both times,
