Who has had Shop/ garage built?

In all honesty I think block is by far the best way to go for a shop. Also I believe it holds its value better.

I wish I could afford block, it would be sweet. I'm sure it would double the price though?

not sure on how block is going now that steel prices are up. look at it this way though the block will hold its value better not to mention look one hell of alot better.
