My middle child is getting married next week and my youngest is 10. I was too late to the snip snip party, but I got there.

I've told Jeeper, this is the best stage, when your kids are moved out and you can admire your work from afar. Plus practicing making more kids is easier when the existing ones don't live at your house.

My dad had 4 kids at 28. I started having kids at 29 and finished at 36 :grimacing:

I keep telling myself we just really enjoyed the first several years of our marriage before children... but we'll see how it pans out when my youngest turns 18 and I'm 54.

Heck, if all goes according to plan, all of my kids will be married and gone before I am 50. Then it’s just the wife and I free to do as we wish!

I hope this is true for you, but I think you'll spend far more time with grandkids and helping your adult kids than you imagine. My spread is 22-11 so I'm still learning this too. Just a thought as I've analyze the next 10 years for us.

Beautiful day yesterday

The fishing was slow but we pulled out a few nice ones

Then.........................

We had to help do CPR on a guy who fell in, after much effort and prayer, he passed away. We then transported him for EMS in the drift boat. What a wild experience.

You don't see this on the bridge very often.

Well he looks like he's 19 if he's a day, so you can't be that old!

I guess when my kid is 19 I'll be 57 ha ha.
He is 20, she is 18. They are young, but happy!

I'll let you borrow my walker.
I may want it... I will be going through my midlife crisis soon and may make decisions that will hasten the need for walking aides...

My youngest is 9 so itll likely be 9-10 years before he is gone.

Customer came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Our guys found this. How it was still holding air is beyond me!

Ended up buying 4 new wheels, and 1 new tire.
Did the guy know what happened? Seems like that would be a memorable event

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
Beautiful day yesterday

Sad story for sure. I assume he was not part of your group. How did you come across him? Was he just fishing near by and you saw him fall in?

I'm such a jeep nerd! I love old Jeepsters, and there is this guy! Pretty cool guy. And sweet corvair.
