Said goodbye to this tonight. I cried.


Traded it on this. This is my first diesel and I really hope it wasn't a mistake. When I push the go pedal, it's hard to not smile.

Anybody know what up with these sockets? My neighbor was a diesel mechanic before he passed away and has a bunch of these in his toolbox. They look like normal sockets but have a hex shaped hike for the driver.

Here is a close up of the ratchet I have that goes to those sockets. I also like the universal joint.

Dave, I assume you’re planning on towing some thing in the future you think you smile big now, wait till you hit your first hill towing in the truck.

Indeed, I bought a camp trailer and wasn't comfortable with the idea of towing with the 200 series Land Cruiser. I'm now contemplating towing my 80 out to run the Rubicon...
