    Blew a fuze?

could be a completely shorted battery. more likely the solenoid is dead. replace the starter. also replace the fuel filter while the starter is out, and the filter is *easier* to get to.

    stinky YJ

it could be running rich. check the air filter, dirty air filter will run rich also check where it picks up outside air from, my toyota has a little deflector on it, an it had been folded over, covering the air pickup. partially clogged cat will make it run a bit rich, also not burn off the...

Need a little help with someone who knows...

4.30's and 33's will be ok the rear needs fixed, with the blocks, you will break the springs due to axle wrap. one fix is here. cranking the torsion bars up will result in a harsh ride.

20 struggles to idle when first started

is the choke plate able to move (open up some) around in the closed position? or does it not close all the way when cold?. both will cause idle problems due to to much air.

    "Balancing" big nasty swampas

the bb's go to the light spot, once balanced the excess distribute themselves around the rim evenly. i do not run the out of round swampers on the road much, other than to get to the trail anyways.i have some 31's (on spare rims) for that.the swampers are to out of round for a good street ride...

    Leaf spring bolts

ive always used a air hammer (150psi 3.25" stroke) to get these out. then i replace the bolt and bushings anyways (they usually get damaged if you have to get this extreme to remove the bolt).
