dito on the memorial day, i aksed the forest service a couple weeks back and that is what they told me, the snow and run off is what keeps it closed, and the possible trail damage from those conditions

Both Trails are now closed, the tibble fork to Mineral Basin trail is closed as of Wednsday 11/5 As well Camel Back Road.... Between Provo Canyon and Hobble Creek Road is closed as of Thursday 11/6 Just letting you know
