I put the rock krawler 8" kit on last year, and my rear leaf springs are sagging quite a bit...they tell me all leafs do that, but I was suprised they sagged so soon! Anyway, my question is could I just add a leaf on my rear packs to level things out or is there a better solution?

We hit metal masher and 7 mile rim this weekend. I've never seen that much snow down there! Hopefully the pics come out o.k.

Is there a particular vehicle (wagoneer, older cherokee) which has d44's that can be directly swapped under a 95' xj or do they all need to be customized? Obviously I need to match the gears, but what else is involved? Thanks in advance for any info!

Have any of you put an over the knuckle steering conversion on your xj or heard anything about them. I've got an 8" kit on my xj and my steering components now hit my swaybar disconnect bracket when I'm turning and flexed. I also need to upgrade (beef up) my components. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have hydraulic steering on their xj? Do you think it's a good upgrade, or not worth it for a daily driver/trail rig... future trailer rig.

I'm pushing 123,000 miles on my '95 XJ and as far as I know the timing chain has never been replaced. I have been hearing some noice that I think could be the chain but I'm not positive and it is very faint. Should I go through the hassle to check it out or should I wait until I'm positive...

I need some help. I was driving down the road and my xj (which has 3/4 tank of gas) just died! It acted as if it was running out, or it ran out of gas. I waited a minute and it started up...continued for a minute and then it died again! I have power, it cranks...and on occasion starts but...
