You are already planning on rolling again? Both the pictures are of the same 4runner. It was in Offroad Magazines Ultimate Adventure a few years ago. So yes it is street legal, that is one of the requirements for entering the Ultimate Adventure.

well yes i plan to wheel harder and harder in more difficult stuff it was and is bound to happen so i want to be prepared.

The requirments are that it is street legal but in their own state which sometimes is very lax

yeah, pretty sure that wouldnt be street legal in utah, and hate to say it seth but if you cut the factory top off your runner you are not going to be able to get it to pass inspection anywhere, unless you have a really good buddy that will do it

I have some connections for saftey but im not all that worried about it, it would be cool if i could keep it street legal but i would want to trailer it anyways so i didnt wear out my tires and in case of breakage, so i dont really know if it is even worth worrying about:-\

i just bought a 1986 F250 super cab and that can tow it just fine all i need is a trailer

Ive been trying but i cant find my bloody camera, and ive been spending all my time make fab stuff for other peoples rigs. I did how ever make some shock hoops for the runner i want to run 14 or 16 in shocks up front.

If you are looking for a trailer I just built one. You can find them for about what it costs to build but there not here as heavy duty as the one i just built and im into it about 1200 bucks if you need a hand just hollar

sorry skippy i have been meaning to update but have been busy so..... I made the new shock hoops, got the new leafs on this weekend for the front this moved my axle forward a inch and should net me about a 1 inch more lift in the front.

I need to order the DOM for my cage then i will start the chop process. Next items to address is i need to get a 2wd oil pick up and baffel so i can install my 2wd pan for ultimate oil pan clearance and i need to start ordering my johnny joints for the long arm links im making for the rear.

I cant decide though if i want to pound out my current hood and fenders or just go get some junk yard ones?

Okay i got my DOM tubing yesterday and today i gutted the 4runner, cut the top and bobbed the rear

Here are some before and the new tierod clearance, oh and yes it is bent i hit the oil pan hard at the old school rock crawl

I havent got the pics from my wife yet. I lost my camera so to get pics i have to take them with my phone, send them to my wife and then she sends them to my e-mail then i have to download them its a painful process
