it's in draper. The loop is probably 7.5 miles or so, but it feels like less to me.

sweet! It is all DH. It's not for beginners, but it's not crazy insane. It's very technical, and there are sections that are very steep for 10 or so feet. If you have ridden slickrock mtb trail, you'll be fine. If you know how to get behind your seat and control your bike down steep stuff, you're ready.

Let's say 5:45 PM @ the top of Suncrest, at the 4-way stop.

Did the Payson Benne Creek trail from Loafer trail. Not bad at all, fast downhill with plenty of technical. There are some great trails back in the payson canyon, besides the dried up horse tracks.
