Looks great, to bad all those hours ya spend you could get paid and then buy some reids. No one will ever understand how much time you have already spent on this creation.

Keep it going.

Todays fun project. Fabbed a drop xmember for a buddies old Buick skylark. crazy bastard is putting a 6BT in her. His parents bought it new when he was 5 and he got it when he was 14. He totaled it when he was 16, and 18 lol.

I finally used some 1.5" tube spikes crosbike made years ago.

Dimple die set he made for me too.

I tacked a ram mount to the diff cover first to and built the other side from there. The front "bumper tube" is 1 7/8" .188 wall dom.
Photo586.jpg

Paralleling it off the axle with plumb bobs and using levels to make it even.

Photo590.jpg

Finished tie rod. I used 7/8 heims on the knuckle end and 3/4 in the ram. I don't like using bolt on clevises on the ram shaft because there is nothing to keep the allen bolts tight. The jam nuts on the heims keep me worry free.

3" off set notch on 1.75" tube 45*. I <3 my Notchmaster

I pulled the tranny and sent it to my "Tranny Guy" to make it badass. he pulled it apart and cleaned it up to order parts. I will use the bare case till I get the drive train where I want it then he will finish rebuilding it.
