unless its '07 classic? It would still have the old-style cluster, and possibly incandescent bulbs?
lol i have no idea. If there's 4 small gauges on the right, it's the old style with bulbs. If there's 2 small gauges on each side, then it's the new style with LEDs.

So this is a little different than all these heavy duty projects, but I wanted to be able to camp out in the 5ft bed of my Nissan Frontier. It already has a topper so a full bed tent was out, and I didn't like how complicated they were to set up. So I made this tent last week, and tried it out near 5 Mile on Friday. Exceeded my expectations, especially for a prototype. Weighs less than 2 pounds, rolls up small enough to fit in a tube sock, sets up in 30 seconds and was really comfortable:

Thanks, UT410! Hoping to do some weather testing soon. Really added a new level of functionality to the truck bed. I'm considering making modifications to help it fit multiple truck configurations and seeing if I can find a market for them. Appreciate it!

Here's a project I just finished for my friends work that does landscaping. This is an outdoor griddle for a guys poolside kitchen.
I made it entirely out of 10ga 304 stainless in a #4 brushed finish, so it wont rust. The cooking surface is 30" x 36", that's a lot of burgers. Custom made to fit two large double-burners. The outer 'lip' along the sides and back will sit on top of the counter top. The drain tube will have a hose hose-clamped to it and will go to a grease trap under the counter. I'll try to get some pictures of it once it's installed.
I designed it in CAD then had the flat pattern laser cut and cnc bent.

I was back purging with argon since there was a hole to fill at the bend relief; if I hadn't the backside would have sugared because molten metal would have been exposed to atmosphere.

Started with this:

turned to this:

and then:

still fill and blocking it now, then will fiberglass a negative mold from it, and make a final repop version out of fiberglass or carbon fiber, and cut out a hole for the light.

So cool. You could make a pretty penny repopping those, I bet.

Yeah there is a guy in Russia who made some out of fiberglass and tried to market them on one of my hummer forums at 5,000 Rubles which is about $145. But he's also being really sketchy and flakey.

I've been half debating on making a negative mold if the entire hood/light pod combo and making a resin-infused CF copy.

Building a new trailer to haul my street bike (or dirt bike) around. Axle is from a waverunner trailer. Frame is 1.5x3x11ga. Deck is approx 7'8"L x 46"W. It does have a slight dove tail to it.
