Yep, that Scout shackle setup is 100% stock, and does work as a swaybar. On my Scout, it was no more limiting than a standard swaybar. In fact, I'd bet money that it's actually less effective as a swaybar than a standard bar setup. Very simple and kinda neat/ingenious if you ask me.

There was one of these in Kaysville this morning. I said to my wife,”Wow, that gladiators is pretty yellow.” She asked me if I was serious. I had to tell her that I meant yellow in excess, not that I actually liked it.
