Made a heat shield for the tranny to keep my bum cool and fuel cell a little safer.

Did some more work on the the fuel cell.

This is how far i had build it before i was able to take out of the buggy.



I've left this side off till i do the baffling inside.















Any guesses on capacity? 1911 for reference.

It is. It will have a small heat shield with 1/2" air gaps. No worries

I'm waiting on some plumbing parts to finished the fuel cell. I fabbered this tonight while yj_Auzzy bs with me.

Any more guesses on fuel capacity?. . . . In Gallons.















This is a little piece of Stainless i added to the cap since i have giant man fingers and could not fit them in recessed mount to get the cap off. I also plug welded the breather holes in the cap so its stays sealed since the cap is only 5" higher that the fuel cell.

Well i got side tracked for the gas tank because austin talked me into buying a radiator so i started working on that now.


I made these smaller filler necks barbs before the radiator showed up, and welded in a pipe coupler for a drain on the filler jangus.




Fan shroud.










Mounted the muffler.
