Did you just make aluminum pipe out of sheet?

Also, the dimple die plate between the front shocks--those dimples look unusual. Small hole but a deep/wide dimple?

As always, I am impressed. Always look forward to seeing these updates.

Yes I made the aluminum pipe for the gas filler changus. Geoff ordered the wrong drybreak that was missing the back half so I I fabbed Juan. What kind of psychopath designs something with 9 holes in it btw?20200803_055800.jpg

The dimple die is part of my custom built set @crosbuilt made me ten years ago during his time at machinist college. I have a 1/2 dimple from TMR that is completely useless and that sweet 1/2 dimple alex made that I used on the shock tower. The effective dimpling on Alex's is 1.375".20200803_152754.jpg Just 1020 cold rolled steel that have held up great. 20200803_152833.jpg

That is the same dry break we have run for our motorcycles. SRT has a new one out that I bought this year that uses a single spring instead of the 3 post design like the one you have. they claim it won't bind like the 3 post making it easier to get the probe seated or hanging open.
