it would need a whole computer put in it for it pass emisions. As told to me buy 2 dealerships and 1 VW specialty shop.

I definetly think this guy new what he was doing. All these dealers have "a guy" who does there emisions and they get deals cause all cars before they are sold have to pass "safety and emisions" so he had to know..... lawyers cost money..... registering it in another county is fine but...

i think this pretty much sums it up... its sometimes hard to be understood in a setting like this. especially if someone is not on the internet much..... FWIW i spread my business around quite abit. rock logic saved me big time last week when they took the extra time too rebuild a part...

i stated i was curious.... the interenet is an easy place to say whatever you want and not back it up .... dont take this out of context. it goes both ways. i dont know how many people bill has met either but he is the main subject.
