Have you looked into raptor liner? you can make it some what smooth or rough depending on what you want. it costs around 125 with the applicator gun and you can get it in black or have it color matched. from all the research that i have done on it, i have not read a bad review and it holds it...

Usually it will be something simple like a cracked line in the engine compartment or needing to add a check valve in line on the source hose. i know on xj's the line ran under the battery and would get battery acid spilled on it causing a hole.

line-x is good stuff. it doesnt seem to fade like rhino liner or herculiner

if you are going to get impact sockets just get the ones from HF they have a lifetime warranty and i have never seen one of their 1/2 inch ones break even when using a 3/4 inch gun that is rated at 1200 foot pounds. i have broken the 3/8's but then again there is a warranty so no problem there...
