Thanks everyone. All I want to do is drive it. I haven't gone this long without wheeling since I first started. :shivers:

Looks good! Maybe I missed it, but chassis is rattle canned?

Yes. Rattle primer and hammerite black, which turns out to be more of a dark dark gray / charcoal. I love the color. In hind sight, I should have bought the same stuff in a can and used a pneumatic sprayer. It would have been cheaper.

I like that hammer spray paint... Now thinking about it, it's kind of clear in some places. Good choice :D

I did my old trailer with Hammerite Hammered dark grey and spayed with a sprayer and loved it. The problem was you had to thin it down so much to spray it, that it didn't go on thick enough. I did 2 coats and probably would do at least 4 next time.

I've done 3 rigs with the rattle can, same color and loved it. Great paint.

I love that stuff, I did all my fenders and armor with Hammerite. Turned out great. Anytime I smack a rock, a quick shake of the can and I am back to new:D.

Looking great by the way, I am jealous.

Back at it!

Radiator & trans cooler mounted
Fan mounted (and working)
Re-routed hydro steering lines
Routed transmission lines
Finished more misc wiring (does it ever end!?)
Added in a floor for the rear cargo area

It might actually start if I had fluids in it. That's pretty much the next step so I can also get a more accurate weight measurements.

Still need to do:

Drivelines
New oil-pressure sender / gauge
1.5" rear wheel spacers (tires too close to coilovers)
Finish off the exhaust routing
brake lines
other stuff I can't think of but will eventually come across.

Also rolled it out to take a look at it and clean up the garage a bit.
