    Orem cops are retards.

Sure man, might actually be able to help given my automotive background (8 year dealer tech ten years overall......j/k though, I'm way to rusty....). I'll help as long as you don't give spencurai the answers.... I think he might be a cheater. ;) I'm in training right now to become...

    Orem cops are retards.

Red herrings and ad hominem attacks again I see. Why do you fear pointed logic and reason so vehemently? As per your pre-defined criteria if you break laws you are a criminal. Speeding kills people every day, speeding is illegal, and it inherently carries the ability to inflict deadly force...

Little Caesar's can kiss my ass.

Flu is going around. Both my neighbors kids and wife puked all day yesterday. I'm thinking Little Ceasars may be innocent...........

    Orem cops are retards.

Speeding is a crime. Therefore you are a criminal. That is all.

    CCWs and LEOs

It was a traffic stop. The only reason the cop new he had a gun is because he gave him his CCP.

    CCWs and LEOs

Not that rare. Something similar happened to my buddy on the way to St George after the cop asked if there was a round in the chamber and he responded that there was. Except the cop actually physically disarmed my buddy. I guess the cop thought that it was illegal to have one in the chamber...

    4Runner progress

 ummmmmm.........not to be rude but if you don't know what the difference is time wise, knowledge wise, parts wise, the equipment needed, and the welding skills requireds to do a custom 5 link suspension versus a leaf spring set-up I would definitely stick with leaf springs...

    Flippin sweet Rockkrawler kit

Not enough coils in the rear springs either. Those things have got to be ridiculously prone too sag..... Just my .02

    Nitto Mud Grapplers.....

Hahahahahahahaha Nice. One could hope they are both........gotta admit.....they look pretty cool. The side tread looks like it would be pretty good for crawling too. If the balancing info I got is right they might solve some of my problems with a little bling thrown in at no extra...

    Nitto Mud Grapplers.....

Anybody used these tires? I've currently have 33 x 12.5 MTRs and I have liked them for wheeling and the noise is respectable but I can't keep them balanced and they give me death wobble (2004 TJ) like every month or so (no, nothing else is wrong/loose). It's on my daily driver so noise is kind...

    Sand Mountain: April 16, 2005

As an ex-dirt biker (ex because a wreck changed my life) I wish him nothing but the best, but riding dirt bikes without insurance (no to mention a disability policy) is beyond stupid. Sorry, but it is the truth. :-\

    Rubicon Springs

PS I think they change the stiffness of TJ springs by using less coils, (less coils in two equal height springs will make the one with less coils stiffer) changing the "ramp value" of the spring. At least that is what I seem to remember.......

    Rubicon Springs

So much bad information out there..... The frt Rubicon springs are the stiffest springs they put on a TJ (though they also put them on some other models as well). The same is also true for the rear springs on a Rubi if it has a hard top. Stiffness will add height due to resistance to...

Why not go work for RC Willey? I have heard those guys can make pretty good bank. :)

    Locker help snap an axle?

Just to be difficult, I'm going to say given equal obstacles that both a locked and open diff have to go through, with the obstacle being just out of the open diffs grasp to conquer without either bouncing, wheel speed, or momentum that the locked diff will break less shafts than the open diff...

    Should Suka's membership be reinstated?

Greg's a reasonable guy. I can't imagine pushing him to the point of snapping. Suka earned what he received, and Greg doesn't need to justify that to anyone. This topic needs to die. The horse is definitely beaten to a pulp.

I guess if the MAF system swap is the same cost as re-programming it would be awfully nice to have a system that is able to adapt. Seems like even the MAF systems need some tweaking sometimes though....
